The characteristic of the most important industries of the Murmansk region is given. The main factors of innovative potential are characterized and the influence of ICT development on the innovative development of industry is determined.

    Description: Nowadays, there are a number of applications, specifically, those of information technology to learn languages. The technology even comes into private devices for personal studies. However, surveys relat-ed to the use of applications or information technology remain limited. The same case also happens to testing related to the effectiveness of applications, programs, or information technology. Therefore, this study aims at conducting surveys and measuring the effectiveness of information technology use in language learning. The other research question deals with the use of information technology in language learning. This study utilized survey methods to obtain some information from the respondents about their preference on western songs. The results showed that 92.3% of 155 respondents liked to listen to songs. A total of 46.5% respondent's stat-ed that they liked western song, while 47.7% of them stated that they might like western song. Yet 80.6% of respondents stated that they studied foreign languages through songs, and only 46.5% memorized the lyrics of western songs. This research on song-based information technology has great potential in language learning.

    Description: The main objective of this research is to develop an ICT-Assisted Preprospec Learning Model. This learning model was developed specifically for learning mathematics and consists of five stages, namely Prepare, Problem Solving, Presentation, Evaluation, Conclusion which at some stages use media based on Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The use of media based on ICT is intended to make learning more effective and efficient. In addition, abstract mathematical characteristics, using a lot of graphics and images and being applied in real life and other scientific disciplines are considered to use ICT-based media in learning. The ICT-Assisted Preprospec Learning Model is expected to improve mathematical problem solving abilities as the heart of mathematics and student's self-renewal capacity. The development of this ICT-assisted Preprospec Learning Model uses the ADDIE Model which consists of 5 stages, namely analysis, design, develop, implement and evaluate. The results of this study indicate that ICT-assisted learning model Preprospec valid and ready to be used for learning.

    Description: The development and utilization of information technology in everyday life continues to grow rapidly within the passage of time. As a result, organizations or companies have many choices in determining the information technology to be applied in their organizations or companies. To ensure that information technology solutions implemented by enterprises are able to help companies properly solve their problems, the solution must take into consideration the culture and condition of the enterprises and the capabilities of information technology held at that time. The solution should also be able to integrate the company's data and systems, take advantage of existing enterprises capabilities, and ensure that the enterprises' resources are ready to transform from the current state to the target state. Based on the requirements statement, the right information technology solution to be applied to enterprises is enterprise architecture. From the existing enterprise architecture frameworks, TOGAF framework is chosen as the framework that will be used in this paper by reason of the completeness of the process, integrated processes, and flexibility. Expected results from the design of enterprise architecture in this paper is the target of enterprise architecture to be achieved, gap analysis between the initial architecture and targets, as well as project roadmap to assist enterprises in achieving the desired target and solve their current problems. In this paper, the design of enterprise architecture by applying TOGAF framework will be done on one of state-owned enterprises (BUMN) in Indonesia.

    Description: This study's purpose is to investigate the implication of the use of flipped learning on students' performance and perception. Participants are the second-year and third-year undergraduate students enrolled in the Information Technology courses. One hundred and twenty-five students were the participants associate with an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group consisted of the students of the ISD class A and BI courses. Meanwhile, the students of ISD class D and MIT were the control group. The experiments employed two instruments: (1) students' final score, and (2) questionnaire. This study used the independent sample t-test and two-proportion z-test to analyze the collected data. The result showed that the students' performance in the FL classes was superior to a traditional learning setting. Students' perception of both courses is higher than the experimental group. Besides, we observed that studying in an FL model had a positive impact on students' motivation. These findings suggest that the FL could be a promising way of enhancing students' learning outcomes.
